NENO provides access to educational content such as books, courses, quizzes, and certificates. Features may change over time. We aim for reliable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.

3. Purchases & payments

Paid content is subject to the price and terms shown at checkout. Payments are processed by third-party providers. You agree to their terms where applicable. Unless required by law, fees are generally non-refundable except as we expressly state.

4. Intellectual property

Content on the platform (text, media, branding, software) is owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to access content for personal learning according to the license type (e.g. free vs. paid). You may not copy, redistribute, or resell content except as allowed.

5. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content at scale, harass others, or violate applicable law. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

6. Quizzes & certificates

Quiz results and certificates reflect our records at the time of completion. Certificates are for personal recognition unless we agree otherwise in writing.

The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties not expressly stated. Educational content is for general information and not professional advice unless explicitly labeled.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the service.

We may modify these Terms or the service. We will post updated Terms and update the date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where allowed by law.
